QUESTION: Isn’t it more expensive to have you attend my home or business to provide tire service?
ANSWER: Absolutely not. We don't have the overhead of a building location or warehousing for our tire supplies, so we are able to place our resources into our mobile services which helps us to keep our prices in line and sometimes even better than most traditional tire shops.
QUESTION: I have a Lexus with high quality custom alloy wheels and I’m concerned about them being damaged during the tire installation service. Are you able to work on this type of wheel?
ANSWER: We sure can. In fact, our tire equipment is Italian made and features “no touch” technology that allows us to work on virtually any high quality alloy wheels. Any parts of the machine that come into contact with the wheels we work on are designed from high impact plastic which affords us the ability to work on virtually any kind of custom alloy wheel.
QUESTION: Do you sell tires as well as providing installation and repair service?
ANSWER: We sure do. In fact we have access to almost any popular tire for almost any purpose from golf carts to tractor trailer units and everything in between. If you need new tires, simply notify us when you make your appointment, and we will pick up the tires you need and bring them with us. If you need to dispose of your old tires, we even look after that for you at no extra charge!
QUESTION: I’m not sure how to tell what tire size I have on my car, but I know I need new tires. How do I know what to order?
ANSWER: Not a problem. If you provide us with the year, make and model of your vehicle, we will shop around for tires that fit your particular vehicle and call you with what options are available and give you our recommendations based on your particular needs and budget. Once you make a decision as to what is best for your needs, we’ll hand select your tires and bring them with us for installation.
QUESTION: How do you bill for your services?
ANSWER: We are equipped with mobile point of sales service and take payment at the time of service. We accept Mastercard, VISA and debit cards. Fleet projects on approved accounts are billed monthly with net 30 day billing.
